About me
I’m Philip, a Product Designer based in Sunny San Diego.
I design digital experiences using research, experimentation, and thoughtful systems. I do enjoy tackling difficult problems, asking the right questions, and turning what I learn into experiences that feel simple and intuitive.
My work has ranged from design systems and accessibility at the ACLU to experimentation and conversion-focused experiences at Cymbiotika. Across both, I’ve learned that I am the most happiest working with collaborative teams where design decisions are grounded in real user needs and continuously improved.
Outside of Design
When I’m not designing, you’ll probably find me running around San Diego, exploring a new trail, traveling, spending time with my dogs, or at the beach.
I’m a marathon runner and love anything that gets me outside. I also enjoy being involved in my local communities and am always working on becoming a better communicator through Toastmasters.
